Have you ever seen a frozen waterfall before? Hog's Back Falls and Rideau Falls (at Sussex Drive) are a couple of easily accessible frozen waterfalls that are great too check-out and easily paired with a nice wintry walk along Mooney's Bay or Vincent Massey Park, or if at Rideau - a walk to Rideau Hall or Stanley Park.

A beautiful 10-15 min walk from The Charlotte. One of our favorite walks in Ottawa, as well as the best place to catch the sunset behind the Gatineau Hills over the Ottawa River. Seldom visited by tourist, it's a great spot to unwind.

Stunning falls with incomparable views of the water and the city. Also very close to the townhouse (roughly 20 minutes walking).
