Divey cop bar with the most unexpected and delicious lobster roll - get it Connecticut style. If you've heard of Smack Shack (locations downtown and in Chicago), it's the same recipe but with a way more Northeast vibe

The 1029 has been around forever. It was a cop bar (sorta still is), but now also features Smack Shack food (lobster mac & cheese, shrimp po boys, etc) so it's a definite step up (and spendier) than most local bars. Fun events like bar bingo, karaoke, etc, keep things lively. Fun place.
