Not only the beach, but the botanical garden itself is a lovely place do walk through nature, have a picnic and have a swim all in one relaxing day. You may bring your own food, or order something from the restaurants they have mostly fish and chips or other snack and grill foods. Take a bodaboda to kawuku, and then take the taxi towards entebbe. Get out at victoria mall, the botannical gardens are next to it on your right.
