Its a nice big garden and beach place. You pay an entrance, but can bring your own food and drinks, which on most other beaches is not allowed. They also have donkeys walking around which they plan to offer backrides with.
You can reach it by bodaboda motorcycle in just 10 minutes drive.

Not only the beach, but the botanical garden itself is a lovely place do walk through nature, have a picnic and have a swim all in one relaxing day. You may bring your own food, or order something from the restaurants they have mostly fish and chips or other snack and grill foods.
Take a bodaboda to kawuku, and then take the taxi towards entebbe. Get out at victoria mall, the botannical gardens are next to it on your right.

This place is nice for kids that are interested in snakes and reptiles. It is not so big, so you do not need to plan it as a day out, but you can be there for a few hours. Best if you own a car though.

In case you have any emergency or sickness, this is the closest hospital in the area except for some other pharmacies. You can also reach it by bodaboda. Prepare to wait a while though if it is not a life or death case.

Bring a waterbottle and a baby carrier if you have one.
The roads are not really equipped for strollers or buggies so if you have a carrier to carry your baby on the back it would be more convenient.
Also never leave the house without water, the sun might make You and the kids extra thirsty.

You can take bodaboda motorcycles. They are more expensive though than taxi´s , the little busses, if they go there. From our place there are no taxis, but from the entebbe road they are there.

During the day you are fine but at night they come out. Make sure to close the nets in doors and windows from around 6pm.
Mga kagawian at kultura
The culture is not one of much naked skin
They dont really wear things shorter than knee length, unless you go to a club or swimming pool or beach. On the top you are fine with just strapband tops.
