Stunning local CLIFF top walks, expect big hills. Walk or drive for food, shops and beaches to the nearby village of St Agnes or to Portowan.

Near the quaint town of St Agnes, Wheal Coates tin mine opened in 1802 and worked until 1889. The image of the Towanroath Shaft engine house, famous on postcards, calendars, and on the telly represents for many the serene beauty of the north Cornish coast. While there try out the famous 'hedgehog' Cornish ice cream from the Chapel Porth Cafe, delicious!
