All visitors to Wellington should try and fit Te Papa into their visiting schedule. Te Papa Museum has awesome exhibitions that are changing all the time and are accessible for all ages. Many exhibitions are interactive and very interesting. Highly recommend a visit.

Good for a bad weather day, lots of interesting exhibits, and a good cafe. Right on the waterfront too if you fancy a stroll.
