In all aforementioned taverns you can find unique varieties of leaf salads seasoned with olive oil and lemon, baked beans cooked in the oven (gigantes), stuffed tomatoes with rice (gemista), mature goat and sheep cheese, different types of pies with rustic pastry, baked oven bread and rusks.
