Setyembre 2024Wonderful apartment, large and spacious in a fantastic location. Very clean and interesting art and decorations.
Downsides: very dull lighting, one of the two toilets dis not flush, hot water was almost non existent.
All of the above minor inconvenience given the beautiful apartment and wonderful location with shops and restaurants at your fingertips!

Ich würde am liebsten einziehen und für immer bleiben…mit viel Liebe eingerichtet!
Ob für einen Biennale-Besuch, für einen Familienurlaub am Strand oder einen romantischen Städtetrip…es ist einfach stimmig!
Mario kümmert sich perfekt um seine Gäste und auch seine Mitarbeiterinnen sind super organisiert und freundlich!

Setyembre 2024We loved the neighborhood, with convenient shops nearby and walkable location. The view was really beautiful in the evenings. The kitchen was really pleasant, with a couch and big windows, and we spent a lot of time there, cooking meals. An unexpected bonus was that it was easier to get a seat on the vaporetto, before the crowded stops. We would absolutely stay again!

Setyembre 2024We really enjoyed the location of the apartment - very easy to get to the vaporetto for local transportation & to walk to San Marco/other sites. We enjoyed being out of the crowded touristy area, but also able to get to those sites easily. The local neighborhood is very sweet and convenient - Great restaurant and wine bar right outside our door and supermarket right down the street. Loved having the view of the water from the windows. Mario had his assistant, Sissie, check us in and communicate with us throughout our stay. Sissie was very helpful, friendly, and communicative - we really appreciated her recommendations for everything from restaurants to local travel and transportation. The only suggestions we have are to: 1. replace the towels - they seemed to have lived their life! :) 2. replace the mattresses in both rooms - they have also had their time. :) A huge thank you to Mario and his cleaner for making sure my mom's phone got returned to us in France in a timely manner!!!!
