Location: 5 minute walk to Optimist Hall with several food vendors. 3 minute walk to the light rail station which allows you to head to NODA, downtown Charlotte, or the South End... which is nice because there is nothing else in the immediate area.
Parking: it was very easy to find street parking.
Apartment: The unit is small, but very functional. It did not have a hair dryer, toaster, or a coffee pot. I'm not sure if the listing said these items were included, but I expect these to be standards. It did have a Keurig. Bring an eye mask as the morning sun pours through a window with no curtain. Futon is very uncomfortable.
Host: We had an issue during our stay, and the host responded very quickly. They also checked back in later to see if the issue was resolved.
Neighbors: at 10:00 p.m. one evening, for at least an hour, one unit started playing music loud enough to vibrate the floor. The host was super responsive and called the police. Otherwise, it was very quiet.
