6 na araw na ang nakalipasThe place is absolutely gorgeous, and the windows in the room with the king were magical.
5 of us stayed here, and there was more than enough room and space. Although the room walls are loft style, and several of us snore, the sound was dampened between a fan and the outside noise.
The king bunk beds are the most comfortable beds I have slept on in my life. They are definitely sturdy enough to hold several larger adults with no issues. We totally stole them for the last night from our roommates.
Easy walk to the convention center, great food choices all around us, close to the airport and ocean. There’s even a cute touristy shopping area nearby.
My only complaint about the whole trip is the price of parking. Julia & Thomas really do give you the best option nearby (Thank you!!), but plan for at least $50-$60/day for parking.
Looking for tacos? Chuchy’s has the best carne asada, hands down, and it’s around the corner. Or DoorDash it!

1 linggo na ang nakalipasHad a pleasant stay at Julia and Thomas’s place, we got our own parking spot located near our apartment which was very convenient, the apartment is like the pictures shown, it had everything we needed we definitely would recommend anyone to stay at this Airbnb.

2 linggo na ang nakalipasThis place was well-decorated, modern, and surprisingly spacious for our group of six. The location was very convenient, close to restaurants and attractions, but the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy at night.
Overall, this was a great stay, but there are a few things to keep in mind. The walls of the bedrooms don’t reach all the way to the ceiling, so sound carries easily, and the sliding bedroom doors don’t lock. There’s only one bathroom, which can be tricky with a large group, and while it does have a lock, it was a bit finicky and did not lock as well. A shower curtain instead of sliding glass doors would also make it easier for multiple people to use the space at once.
Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable stay that’s great for groups, the hosts were responsive, but with a few things to keep in mind.
