La séance de yoga et bain de sons était un moment magique. Émilie est très à l’écoute et a su s’adapter à notre niveau. C’est l’activité idéale pour commencer la journée dans un cadre relaxant.

Absolutely phenomenal. She catered the yoga to our style - beginner, intermediate, advanced and it was the relaxing kind of yoga not the kind that you’re killing yourself trying to do the poses.

Très bon moment de détente avec Émilie. La séance de yoga assez douce j’ai trouvé était bien adapté à mon niveau. Et j’ai beaucoup aimé le bain sonore , j’aurais aimé que ça dure plus longtemps.

A great way to start the day!

We met Emilie on the beach and were treated to a wonderful yoga class and sound bath. She was a patient and knowledgeable instructor, guiding us through each pose. Yoga was new to us and she clearly explained the poses and provided alternate movements in case any poses were uncomfortable or difficult to master. Her calm and kind energy was felt by everyone in our group and we left the experience feeling relaxed and energized to take on the day. She even gave us all a lovely gift at the end, including some incense and a candle. If you are looking for a great way to start the day, this is it!
