Awful host! I had booked this property in April due to needing accommodation for the Liverpool FC parade. I messaged at the end of April asking for check in details as I hadn’t received them, the host read my message and did not respond. I then messaged the middle of May and the day before check in, but still no response. On the day I was due to check in, I spoke with Airbnb and they said they would try and give the host a 2 hour deadline. Unfortunately, the host was not responding to Airbnb either therefore I had to have a refund, ON THE DAY I WAS DUE TO CHECK IN. Given the event going on, it was really difficult to find accommodation, especially at such a short notice. Awful host, absolutely 0 communication.

Great place too stay, very clean and tidy

Good location, nice neighbourhood, safe and clean. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

House was clean and modern, had a change of rooms when checking in and host was slow to respond to the problem as I didn’t have a key to my room for the duration of my stay. Room and shared spaces were clean and location was convenient for accessing the city centre.
