I absolutely recommend staying at the Quaintrelle! The space is really well curated from a design standpoint, cozy, and very clean. It's also next to a great coffee shop and right on the same street as a lot of cute shops. If you're out in WV hiking, it's about 45 min to Seneca Rocks, a half hour to the closest trailhead for Dolly Sods, and an hour out to Bear Rocks. The Quaintrelle is a great place to grab a pizza from a local shop and relax at after a long day in the woods, I highly recommend.

The location couldn’t have been more ideal, so cozy and in walking distance of coffee, food, shops and entertainment. The room itself was beautiful! The decor was straight out of a classy HGTV show, …that bathroom sink! And the rocker made it difficult to leave the room. ;o) Hehe
I also had to reschedule my stay and not only was I able to but my request was handled, literally, within minutes of my asking. I highly recommend staying here.

Our experience staying at the Dome was exactly what we had hoped, and expected; extremely private and quiet with stunning sunsets and sunrises - a beautiful backdrop. We brought out telescope and enjoyed stargazing the most! The wifi worked great! The small kitchen & mini frig worked for what we needed, and to our surprise there was a small coffee pot (thank goodness). Don't miss the 1-mile walking trail, it was a real treat (be sure to follow the blue bottles so you don't off-course, especially at dusk), and the two hammocks were a nice surprise too! There is no mirror inside the Dome, so bring one if needed to apply sunscreen, makeup, or braid your hair for hiking; there is one in outhouse, however I found it inconvenient taking my cosmetics/accessories back and forth, morning & evening. The drive to Terlingua was short and easy, as well as the drive to Big Bend. Highly recommend this experience at the Dome.
