There are not many places close to the estate, the Mt. Hamilton Grandview is exactly as named. Cocktails $$, Food $$$, Live music on Wed (locals night), Fri, and Sat.

If you're brave enough to take on the drive, up Mount Hamilton Road, which is a little winding, then the Grand View restaurant has a fantastic view of the Silicon Valley area. It's about 15 minutes up Mount Hamilton road from our location. Mount Hamilton Road is a 2-lane road, and whilst the lanes are narrower than in town, they are big enough for a large SUV to drive up.
