They have several locations in the city. Try N1 noodles. Simply the best. I can eat the whole plate even if I just had dinner.

This cuisine hails from the Xi'an region of China--their noodles are handmade with love. You can order things like tingly lamb faces... I usually opt for the vegetarian Mount Qi noodle soup.
