Our other local park run in the beautiful Hemel and Aarde Valley in Hermanus. Plaaskombuis is a great spot for breakfast afterwards just a little further up the Hemel and Aarde Valley.

Register on www.parkrun.co.za. And arrive just before 8am on any Saturday morning throughout the year. And enjoy a walk/run/meander through the Hemel and Aarde Forest together with a few hundred other like-minded active people.
