This is a favorite among locals and expats alike. Excellent Japanese cafe, cute tiny place just off the Plaza San Fernando. Looking at Cafe Bossa Nova go to the left corner of the plaza and exit the plaza via the small alleyway. Delica Mitsu and itʼs few tables will be on the left on this alleyway.
