This park is not only kid friendly but provides a beautiful view of the bay. On fourth of July it is the place to go for fireworks over port gardner bay. Sorticulture a free festival with art and music is also held here.

Big park with playground for kids of all ages. They also have a picnic shelter that you can reserve for special events.

I love this place for the small, delightful arboretum. It is a very easy walk and is sandwiched between a neighborhood and the golf course...They are currently expanding so it will only get better. Go here for a relaxing stroll and breathe in the smells of nature all around you in the heart of the city.
