A great local pub, just round the corner. Family and dog friendly and does really lovely food, including fabulous Sunday lunches (served until 8pm - pre-booking advised though). Lovely atmosphere for a quiet drink. Lots of tables outside in the sunshine plus a terrace at the back with booths and patio heating.

This pub has to be the best I have experienced for it's roast dinners and food in general. They without a doubt get high quality chefs in the kitchen because the food, inc the desserts, taste like they are cooked with passion. A very kid/family friendly pub too. Good/excellent ale on tap and selections of wines.
