Tasty food, crafty beer and creative cocktails! Often live music too. A quite meaty menu with a few vegan options.

Cajan and Southern USA inspired smokehouse and bar. Smoked and slow cooked meat (not a lot of veges), cocktails, whiskey and other spirits, beer on tap and new and old world wines. Open till midnight, kitchen closes at 10. Live music on the weekends.

New place in Katoomba. We no longer need to travel to the city for great cocktails and that “city night life feel”. We have it all at bootlegger now. Cocktails are very good. Food is American style bar food. Must try cheeseburger spring rolls - soooo good!
