Friendly and relaxed neighbourhood pub. Simple inexpensive lunches and a big outdoor seating area at the front if the sun is shinning.

The Ship has now changed ownership and has become 'The Walcot 1830' - a gastropub serving some of the best pub food in the area. It's worth walking 10 minutes along the road to sample their interesting menu.
