Cafe, Lounge, Bar -- regardless what it actually is, it received praise for it's food and lively guests. A good place to go if you don't mind the noise.

This the one of the popular places to drink and have a good time here in Bacolod City. You can ride a taxi or book a Grab to get to this destination. It's about more or less 10 minutes to get the place.
