Rosa Parks Circle is a awesome community gathering place in the center of the city. In the summer, you will find swing dancing going on here. And in the winter they do ice skating!

All winter you can go to Rosa Park Circle and ice skate outside for only $3. Bring your own skates and its free. Great price and great fun.
