The Tiki Taxi is the best way to get to the Toronto Islands. They have a much shorter wait time than the traditional ferries, for only $2 more, and you can take the ferry on the way back for free. $10 cash per person. On the way to and from the Islands, you get an amazing view of the Toronto Skyline.
