The New Bowling Green is the perfect setting for a quick drink, a bite to eat or for an evening out. They serve a fabulous menu of unusual gourmet burgers and mouth watering steaks, which are complimented by a selection of lagers, real ales, ciders, spirits, soft drinks and fine wines. To the rear of the pub, far from the bustle of the town, is a delightful garden, a hidden gem in the heart of the town. It's a real treat on a sunny afternoon to get away from it all and enjoy for an hour or two. Although on street parking can be difficult, the New Bowling Green pub is easilly accessed from St. Nicholas Park car park which is Free of Charge after 6pm

Very close to StNicholas Park and car park, a traditional pub with large garden and good food. Dog friendly. 4 miles from cottage.
