Nelson built this unique Circular Fort just in case Napoleon invaded Harwich. And it really is something to behold. Quirky museum downstairs is a must and check for local festivals that happen here in the summer months. 7 minutes walking distance from the Wellie Stern.

this napoleonic fortress is a great place to visit, with a variety of historic themes to experience walking around the Fort.
