The Hurstwood is the local village pub. It is a 15 min walk from Stonehouse down a green lane (it can be a bit muddy, boots recommended!) or 25 mins round the long (but dry!) way. The owners Martin & Lenka are lovely, the ambiance is warm and welcoming and the food is excellent, definitely a cut above good pub food! Tip: book in advance!

A lovely place to eat but can be a little more expensive. It was a pub that is now a dedicated restaurant. 8 minutes drive, parking outside.

A really lovely local pub, it has great food and a lovely garden. A place for a treat.

We are real foodies and this is one of our favourite gastro pubs. It is expensive but worth it.
