Long drive to Deer Island so prepare to stay the whole day snd tour the whole place. Go to El El Frijoles for lunch or dinner!

Beautiful mostly flat walk through a mossy forest to truly lovely, small sandy beach with great views. Check the tide charts and plan your visit to arrive near low tide so you can access the near island via the sand bar..Please mind the tides, the sand bar, and your way back disapears at high tide.

The most popular hike. Best at low tide. Out and back with sweeping ocean views. We recommend packing a picnic here and sitting for a while once you reach the shore. No pets
