星巴克第一家獲得美國綠建築協會所頒發的LEED(能源與環境先導設計)認證計畫的門市，這裡所有燈具都採用LED燈泡，以及其它節能措施，也讓這間門市的能源消耗來得比較低。並利用雨水回收系統，收集雨水作為植栽灌溉及水池之用，璧面採木紋清水模可在回收利用。
