Wine Tasting at Murola. Not far from the Abbadia is one of our favourite wineries where for €5 you can have a tour of the amazing grounds and buildings. After which, relax on the terrace and sample some delicious Marche wines. Murola have very reasonable prices. You certainly won’t be disappointed and if you buy some vino, the cost of your tasting is deducted off too. Anna speaks good English and is very knowledgeable. Another great day out.

There are many opportunities for wine tasting in the region. This is one of our favorites. Murola wines are excellent, they offer a long lazy tasting in their beautiful garden and wine can be purchase either by the bottle or 'petrol pump' into byo flasks. Excellent value. In the same region, the Abbadia de Fiastra, and the Roman ruins at Urbisaglia and Convento are worth a visit. With dinner at Norcineria La Centrale del Gusto, this is a perfect afternoon jaunt.
