No trip to Torquay is complete without a walk along the sand at Fishermans Beach. You can literally walk along the wide sandy beach until you feel like turning back. The views from the beach back towards Torquay are special. Take the dog because once past the yacht club the beach is off lead all year round.

A great beach for kids if you prefer to be away from the dog beach. Safe waters for paddling or swimming. The boat ramp can be used for jet ski’s and boaters.

Nice little beach with Bomboras Kiosk to grab a coffee & bite to eat. Warning in the off-season this is also a dog friendly beach so not the place to go if you dislike dogs.

Esplanade walk - wander along the gravel path either way from Fishermans Beach/Salty Dog Cafe. SaltyDog to Surf Club and back is a 5km loop - particularly beautiful at sunrise!
