The co-op is not only a general grocery store, but it caters to healthy, organic, natural foods and products, including "Non-GMO Project" labeled products. They have a hot deli inside for breakfast and lunches, a cold deli for sandwiches, salads,etc., and a sushi deli.

The Co-Op has a sushi deli, as well as a regular deli. It carries bulk food, and the best selection of organic fruits and vegetables in the area. The Co-Op is a 10 minute walk from Parkside Cottage.
