Who knows seafood better than the fisherfolk? Hidden in the fish market, this understated eatery run by local fishermen is truly an in-the-know place for ultrafresh seafood. There’s no menu here, and you will need a Cantonese-speaking friend to help you book a table at least two days in advance (two weeks for weekends).
