Every Monday the escondido farmer's Market meets at walking distance to the Welk resort. The perfect way to end Mondays is by having dinner at the market.

There are 2 golf courses here. A short par 3 executive course that is great for beginners and a longer regular course. Not the best in the area but certainly reasonable rates and a great place to learn
