This was the first restaurant I went to in Durham and it convinced me that I could indeed leave my former food mecca of a town to move here. Authentic, authentic, authentic regional Italian cuisine with a seasonal menu and handmade pasta. The chef is nicknamed “skinny,” which is a cheeky way to say that you gotta check this place out and maybe wear your chicest elastic pants. Splurge on the Bistecca all Fiorentina, if you have a larger group.
