For a variety of walks in the Shropshire Hills, a great place to start is the National Trust's Carding Mill Valley. There is plenty of parking (chargeable if you are not a member). There are maps with walks of varying distances and difficulties.

Owned by the National Trust and featuring a coffee shop and gift shop this location is great for a slow stroll by the stream or a full on hike up over the Shropshire hills
