A warm welcome to the Connemara Gaeltacht (Irish speaking area) and a real old-fashioned Irish Pub. Down to earth and a million miles from the Irish themed pubs you find abroad or in busy Irish Cities or Towns. Choose to eat in either the small restaurant or the bar (we always eat in the bar, as the views are fabulous and the windows really show off the pier & the sea) or in fine weather you can sit outside at picnic tables. Annemarie is an amazing chef & menus are in both English & Irish, which gives you a sense of place. She gives you a proper informal dining experience, accessibly priced & catering to all tastes you will love it here. The food is fresh & local; specials are truly specials

On the Wild Atlantic Way Coynes Bar and Bistro serves wonderful food. Great views from the Bar.
