The tourism and hotel institute features a restaurant on its main floor. The food is fantastic gastronomy, but at a fraction of the price you would pay in an ordinary restaurant, as your cooks and servers are culinary students. You must go on their website and book in advance. Highly recommend.

Book a few days in advance for supper - they offer tasting menus that change monthly. This a hotel & restaurant school so the price to quality ratio is unbeatable. They also serve brunch & lunches à la carte. ALWAYS check the website beforehand since the opening day/hours vary according to the class schedule.

Gastronomy at a fraction of the price, because it's a culinary school. Some terrific meals here, book ahead!
