An upscale Chinese food and dim sum establishment, it’s definitely my favorite Chinese place in the city. It’s a great place for dates because the red room with contemporary Asian decor is nice, the dishes are gorgeous, and dinner may last a few hours. There are two locations, but I prefer the overall vibe of this one on the Upper West Side. You can’t go wrong with an order of Beijing duck, baby eggplant Szechuan style, twice-cooked pork, and lo mein with shrimp.
