At the Hukilau Marketplace at the PCC. A pretty good garlic shrimp plate. I especially love the bread and cocoa rice after a morning surf session.

Everyone thinks that "Giovanni's shrimp truck" on TV is the Best. I've got to say, Tita's has them BEAT. If you want Great Garlic Shrimp, this is a must STOP.
