This vegan café in the Marais is a big draw for the health-conscious, but it’s also a comfortable spot to work, with cozy armchairs and sofas. While you work, you can enjoy a healthy meal, freshly pressed juice, or tea. I love to work at the tables facing the street so I can take a look at the people walking and let my spirit drift elsewhere from time to time.

Le Café Pinson, located just a stone's throw from the Carreau du Temple, features traditional dishes, pastries, smoothies and desserts. Hot chocolate with hazelnut milk is worth a visit! Wi-Fi is free. vegetarian restaurant
