The lake and recreation area offers opportunities for hiking, biking, running, camping, picnicking, horseback riding, water-skiing and boating. Fishing offers trout, catfish, big and small mouth bass or perch.

Only a short walk or bike ride to the edge of Folsom Lake. A pathway leads you there.

Beautiful place to go swimming and hiking. Also has boat launches and horseback riding trails.

Great place for hiking, riding or biking is along the Folsom Lake Trails. The lake is very low this year so water use is not possible right now, but lots of trails available. There is some restrictions for bikes in certain areas, primarily the WST portions of the trail.

Folsom Lake / Dam is picturesque featuring walking/biking trails, equipment rental, beaches on multiple sides. if you love beautiful scenery and fresh air you cannot go wrong.
