Open late, it is a reliable & easy place to get some reasonably health food. There is a nice atmosphere and they always have interesting art.

Vancouver has a reputation for great coffee. JJ Bean is one of the reasons why. This cool little coffee shack is located on the outdoor Plaza at CBC. Live performances in the summer.

International, Breakfast/Brunch & Wine Bar. Really close! (You can actually see it from the balcony). Cool vibe and good breakfast. Little bit of everything going on.
