Nice and friendly neighborhood restaurant and not expensive. A clean laundromat is right next door, the one I use regularly.

Cute little breakfast place serving up the classics. Walking distance (20min) or quick car ride (5 min). You can continue on towards Parc Ave after breakfast and explore.
