Condado Beach is right down the street and is 10 mins walking or 3-5 mins driving (with traffic). Just take Condado Avenue (use Google Maps) and walk until you hit the beach. Condado beach is beautiful and there are vendors there if you want to rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. Lots of restaurants on Condado and Ashford Avenue.
