It’s all about the hearth at Galit, where chef Zach Engel fires up his signature pitas that serve as ideal vehicles for a plethora of spreads at this upscale and relaxed Middle Eastern restaurant. The James Beard Rising Chef winner and general manager Andres Clavero have used the Lincoln Park location to dole out Engel’s world-class hummus that’s topped with small chunks of juicy brisket; it’s a small and welcoming add with big results.
