The CHILE COLORADO is DIVINE! Call ahead and tell them how you want it. Also they don't always have it but if you planned your stay around getting to eat this freshly made delicacy, you would be glad you did. CHILE VERDE is also excellent here and is available more often. The place is charming with hand-painted murals and comfortable seating
