The course is 1 lap clockwise, (5km in total) starting and ending at the Umdoni Park Environmental Centre. The route is marked on the way with green and white markers with the parkrun logo. It consists of dirt roads and forest trail sections. The whole parkrun is in the Nature Reserve, where you can see buck, monkeys and birds. It passes through a beautiful view of the gorge.
