Bar
“Miles, named after Jazz legend Miles Davis, is a cozy Jazz Café in the Nieuwestraat. Here you can enjoy laid back Jazz music from real vinyl turntables and cold drinks in a relaxing atmosphere. It's a small place which is visited by locals and tourists alike. It's easy to meet new people here. ”

“A great sight especially at night. Just a 3-5 minute walk from the hotel. This bridge connects the city of Otrobanda with the other part of the city called "Punda". ”

“Local favorite beach. It’s allowed here to bring your own cooler with drinks or ice. When the water visibility is good, lovely snorkeling trail!”

“Go as early as is possible to hike the highest mountain of Curacao. Locals usually leave from the East side when it’s still dark, to start climbing the mountain at dawn. Bring enough water and good sneakers. I would not recommend to go in periods with lots of rain, because the trail can get very slippery and therefore dangerous. You’ll need an average fitness level, mostly hiking. The last part just before the top can be a bit tricky. You’ll need to climb a bit onto rocks. The view is absolutely stunning and worth the hike.”
