Really great homemade delicious food with very high quality ingredients. This is definitely the healthy take-out choice in town. Open for lunch, usually not later in the evening. Take out only, their menu is on their Facebook page and changes daily.

The Cookster located in Lamere Square Ludlow,Vermont is a take out restaurant of prepared foods for home. They make a selection of soups, sauces, entrees, salads, etc. They carry gluten free, vegetarian and omnivore dishes, as well as some baked goods. The Cookster uses local and natural products whenever possible. Grass fed, Antibiotic and Hormone free beef and poultry, Vermont butter and cheese, and seasonal vegetables from local farms. Quality local ingredients are what makes our dishes so flavorful and delicious. The Cookster is a great place to pick up a quick bite, lunch and or dinner. Their food is handmade on the premises. Hours 11 am - 7pm. Take out only.
